Document Service for Pet Travel Accompanied by Owners

For pets that are traveling accompanied by the pet owner as excess baggage or in the airline cabin, we offer a "Document Service." Before shipping a pet, we will guide the importing country and airline required documents and provide the below services:

  • Request and review veterinary documents to confirm pet meets country export and import eligibility requirements
  • Correspondence with the pet owner and vet office to determine required appointments and provide a proposed schedule
  • Provide pre-filled health certificate and agenda for the health exam appointment
  • Provide pre-paid FedEx Priority labels for USDA endorsement
  • Assistance during health exam appointments to review documents and assist with the USDA process
